Catherine Wheel Elite Tee
Unlike your typical medieval torture device, this tee is both comfortable and practical. According to legend, Saint Catherine of Alexandria was a teenage virgin princess who was imprisoned and tortured by the Roman Emperor Maxentius for rebuking his violence and intolerance towards Christians in the early 4th century. Upon the failure of Maxentius to make Catherine yield by way of torture, he tried to win the beautiful and wise princess over by proposing marriage. She refused, and the furious emperor condemned Catherine to death on a spiked breaking wheel, but, at her touch, it shattered. Maxentius ordered her to be beheaded. In her final moments, Catherine exerted her last act of independence by herself ordering the execution to commence, invoking her martyrdom.
